The RAFT Resilience Communication Products

Results of two surveys conducted by Hampton Roads Planning District Commission and Old Dominion University to assess local government communication strategies regarding flooding and resiliency, including outreach programs and flooding notification systems. 

Answers to frequently asked questions regarding how to define a resilient community, how to assess vulnerability on a small scale (home and street level), and how residents can improve their personal resiliency to flooding.
