The RAFT Resilience Resources

The RAFT's design and implementation were informed by other scorecards, plans, technical tools, and initiatives in the United States and around the world. It strives to be as comprehensive as possible, but no tool is a perfect fit for every community. In addition to the RAFT, localities seeking to increase their level of resilience can use these resources to find examples of solutions reached by other at-risk communities across the globe.
